If I have two separate accounts with Meridia, can I access both accounts with one device?
Yes, you can! All accounts under your social security number will show when you are registered for our new app as of May 23, 2023.
Is there a charge to use GoMobile?
No, it is free to download and access GoMobile.
How do I use Remote Deposit?
Through GoMobile, click on “Mobile Deposit” through the menu or icon. Checks must be endorsed with your signature and the phrase “For Meridia Mobile Deposit Only” written below it. Choose the account to deposit it to, enter the amount and take a clear picture of the front and back of the check. Click Submit – it’s as easy as that! Please note that you should hold on to the check until it has cleared your account.
When will a Remote Deposit be available in my account?
Our regular check hold policy applies to checks deposited to your account through Remote Deposit. If no hold is required, once verified, the deposit will be made available when reviewed daily during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
