Questions about the new online and mobile platforms?

  • I am locked out/can’t access my account.
    • You will need to register for the new platform, as if you haven’t used our Online or Mobile platforms previously. Under the login button, you will find 2 links – click “Don’t have an account? Enroll” at the bottom. If you are registering via the Mobile App, make sure you download the NEW app as of May 23, 2023.
  • It is not accepting my account number.
    • Make sure to use your Member ID number, NOT the 14 digit number on the bottom of your checks. If you don’t know your account number, please call us.
  • I finished registering, but can’t log in.
    • Please check your email for a message from us with a link to verify your account. Until this is done, your registration isn’t complete.
      • If the link isn’t working, please try to cut and paste the link into a browser window.
  • My email/phone number needs to be updated.
    • Per the emails and info provided before the conversion, please stop in a branch to update your information. Alternately, if we have a valid cell phone number or email address, we can docu-sign you a form to update other information. Please message us below.
  • I need assistance.
