Questions about the new online and mobile platforms?
- I am locked out/can’t access my account.
- You will need to register for the new platform, as if you haven’t used our Online or Mobile platforms previously. Under the login button, you will find 2 links – click “Don’t have an account? Enroll” at the bottom. If you are registering via the Mobile App, make sure you download the NEW app as of May 23, 2023.
- It is not accepting my account number.
- Make sure to use your Member ID number, NOT the 14 digit number on the bottom of your checks. If you don’t know your account number, please call us.
- I finished registering, but can’t log in.
- Please check your email for a message from us with a link to verify your account. Until this is done, your registration isn’t complete.
